Cooking
Chicken cut into pieces.
Fry in a pan until Golden brown.
Season with salt, add sugar. I use for this dish Universal cane sugar TM Mistral. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add pre-soaked and halved dried prunes.
Simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve!
