Very tasty soup with lots of different vegetables. You can cook both in the fasting and meatless version.

Cooking
Carrots and turnips peel and cut into thin slices, a celery - straws.
Shred cabbage into strips.
Onion cut into half rings or cubes (whichever you prefer), put in a pan with hot vegetable oil and fry until light brown colour.
Add the carrots and celery and spasserovat until soft.
In boiling water or broth put the cabbage.
Once it boils, add the chopped small cubes of potatoes,
Bring to a boil, salt, add black pepper. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
5 minutes prior to readiness to lower tomatoes, sliced, and 3 Lavrushka. When the vegetables are ready, turn off the heat, put the 2 cloves of minced garlic. The pan cover with a lid and infuse the soup for 10-15 minutes.
After the time remove Bay leaf and serve soup with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.
