Mushroom soup with meatballs
I wanted soup with meatballs, and then came across dried chanterelles....

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Figure

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

Cooking

mushrooms soak in water (preferably overnight)

In minced meat add chopped onion (I was milled in a blender), eggs, salt, pepper, and semolina.

Put a pot of water on the fire. When the water boils, season with a little salt, put a whole onion and fill our meatballs - I made them big.

When our meat balls float, remove them to a plate and strain the broth.

In the broth, put the soaked mushrooms and cook for about 30 minutes.

Then pulling them out and fry in vegetable oil, then again into a saucepan.

In a pan saute the carrots and onion and add to our mushrooms.

When the potatoes will be almost ready, return meatballs in our soup...

Boil for another 5 minutes, add the greens and turn off heat. The soup is ready.
