Vegetable soup
Another version of the soup with melted cheese. Very tasty! One of my favorite soups! Recipe from "viola& quot;.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vegetables

    750 g

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Potatoes, carrots (and other vegetables if you take something else) cut into strips, onion - rings or half rings.

In a saucepan, pour 0.5 liters of broth and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables. Simmer under the lid until ready.

While vegetables cook, grate cheese on a coarse grater. Better before that, to hold a little cheese in the freezer. Recently (after several failures) I refused the cheese in packs like "Friendship", etc. Use soft cream cheese in jars. Just add it with a spoon into the soup and immediately stir thoroughly.

Add to vegetables cheese and pepper.

Using a mixer or blender to make smooth puree.

Add rest of broth and boil. Ready!!!

You can add herbs to taste/optional/W Yu/mood. I have, in this case tarragon, aka tarragon, love it) Bon appetite!
