It does not matter who You are - a child or an adult, and a milkshake are unlikely to refuse (the milk you can and not to love:). Because a milkshake is not just a delicious drink which we drink with great delight, it's also insanely healthy drink!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Wheat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Prepare the necessary ingredients: milk, honey (maple syrup), fresh squeezed orange juice. Flax seeds are slightly crushed.

Milk heat, add flax seed, let stand 5-7 minutes

Add the millet flakes, honey, orange juice, cinnamon to taste

Mix everything in a blender at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
