  • Oat flakes

To prepare the ingredients for smoothies. In the ingredients I have "oat Flakes", but for the greater good))) used "a Mixture of flakes 5 cereals" from the Mistral. Instead of strawberries you can use raspberries. The berries can be either fresh or frozen. From frozen smoothies I make not defrosting them first. And instead of coconut milk you can use almond milk. Add sugar as desired and to taste. I make this smoothie without sugar.
