A very tasty dinner we had, and one of the dishes on the table was this appetizer. Try to diversify your stock of recipes of meat. I've already done it. Recipe found on the Internet. Why this appetizer - I don't know. It will go for a full main course if served with a side dish. But the name and category, not mine, not me, and to change. But this is not the whole point?! ;-)

Cooking
First prepare the filling: onions finely chop and pripustit in vegetable oil. Cool. Add small cubes of cheese and olives. Mix well.
To prepare the stuffing: mix the minced meat with the soaked in milk bread slices, salt and pepper (I also add spices - I can't do without them!)
Divide all the meat into 8 balls. Putting the filling, to form a "burzhuychikov" (a kind of round zrazy)
Wrap each meat ball with a plate of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
To put all "bourgeois" in a baking dish and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
