Traveling by car we always cross Poland, trying to learn about the country and cuisine. And the kitchen we really like - simple, hearty, inexpensive! At home I tried several times to cook like ribs, but something did not work, had to resort to using girl friend on another forum and living in Poland. Now the ribs turns out to be very similar!
