Braised beef in soy sauce
Delicious meat without any problems. Turns tangy in taste and very spicy. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Beef wash, dry and cut as on ABC. Onion cut half rings and tomato slices. In a pan pour oil, put the onion, beef and tomatoes.

Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman" and simmer under the lid closed on slow fire one hour. Water is not added usually, since the liquid is enough.

Then remove the cover, put the chopped garlic and honey and pepper. Stir and cook till all the liquid evaporates. Serve immediately with any side dish or just with vegetables.
