I think that pasta casseroles are familiar to all, and they rightfully enjoy the same success because it is easy, quickly prepared and, most importantly, always delicious, because I've never met such a person, who does not love pasta. A piece of sausage and cheese, peas and greens, half a pack of pasta, flavored with sauce and egg turn into a sumptuous dinner, which looks delicious tablesreuse. So, less words, get down to business. Boil in salted water until the pasta is almost cooked, do NOT OVERCOOK! Next, put the pan less, and within 5 minutes, boil the frozen green peas. While boiling pasta, prepare all of the famous Bechamel sauce - finely chopped onions (3 tbsp) and Bay leaf put in a pot, pour 3 cups of milk and boil. Let stand 15 minutes then strain. 4 tbsp. butter, melt in saucepan and pour over there, stirring in 1/3 Cup of flour. Once the flour will become a Golden color, slow stream, stirring, pour in a saucepan the strained milk. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, then put salt to taste and pepper, reduce the heat and simmer the sauce, stirring frequently, until thick. From this quantity of products is obtained 2 cups of sauce. I didn't use all the remaining sauce poured ready timbale.
Leave the pasta and sauce alone. Finely chop the sausage, mozzarella and herbs. Place in a bowl, add boiled peas, eggs, and Bechamel, salt, pepper and stir. Now the mixture mixed with macaroni
Take the form, grease with butter and thickly sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. On the bottom of the form I always put a parchment, just cut the middle of the snowflake and threaded interior of the shape, then snap it in. The edges of the parchment remain outside. My form is old, leaks, and to the bottom often stick, so always use parchment when baking in it. Tightly put into the form of macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put slices of butter. Bake at 200 degrees from 40 minutes to an hour. After timbale is ready, do not remove it immediately from the mould, give the cheese a little to grab, otherwise, timbal may lose its beautiful shape.
