Salad
This is a favorite salad in our family, I prepare it almost every meal... Its my guests eat first! Very tasty salad, I recommend to everyone :-)!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Baton

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

Cooking

The tear lettuce with your hands (do not cut it will taste bitter). Add mayonnaise and garlic (using a garlic crusher). Put in the refrigerator.

Chicken fillet cut into cubes of approximately 1.5-2 cm. In a bowl, marinate fillets. Add a little salt, black pepper, seasoning (e.g. oregano, Khmeli-suneli, curry, etc.) and a little sunflower oil. Let stand about 30 min.

IN a frying pan to cook the meat until tender, until it becomes soft but not to fry! Allow to cool.

Bacon cut into small strips. Slightly fry in the pan, but not too much, not to overdry!

Baton cut into approximately the same dice, and fillet, but only the flesh.

Fry in a pan on very low heat where you previously fried bacon (because there is fat left) until Golden brown.

For the salad, slice the cucumbers in a semicircle.

All other ingredients are mixed (bacon, chicken and before serving, add the croutons from a loaf). Add salt, pepper and, if necessary, add mayonnaise.
