Why "Mega"? Because of mega lots of toppings :) the Dough thin layer, just a thin shell for a juicy liver filling. Pie lovers of the liver, and not lovers too. I don't like liver, but in a cake it is especially delicious and very flavorful. Come for tea and cake, of course!

Cooking
First marinate the liver. To do this liver flush, dry with a cloth, add spices to taste, I used black pepper and ground coriander. Add the soy sauce. Set aside to marinate.

Make the filling: 200 grams of sour cream, beat slightly 3 eggs, add chopped dill.
Collect the pie. In shape with a diameter of 26 cm put the dough distributed on the form, forming the sides. In this form, the cake will turn out right on the edge of the form. You can take a form slightly more.
On the bottom put the fried onions.
Onion all chopped liver. I at this stage, clutched the stuffed hand, was afraid that the filling will not fit.
Top gently pour the filling and put it carefully in the oven, preheated to 180C.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. How to start the edge to sunbathe, check carefully the middle of the fill, if the finger does not remain, so ready. Allow to cool and gently remove from the mold.
