Description
Very fragrant pie with a crisp puff pastry and tender, soft filling of fried onions under the cheese and sour cream "blanket". Very tasty! Come and help yourself!

Cooking
Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add black pepper and your favorite spices. Mix well.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
In a bowl put eggs, sour cream, add salt and beat well with a mixer (3-5 mins)
2/3 roll out dough to thickness of 5-7 mm and put into a form (diameter 21 cm) making the sides (approximately 3 cm)
Prepare the sauce: in beaten eggs with sour cream, add grated cheese and mix well.
Pour the onion filling and the sides drop.
From remaining dough using a special roller to make the mesh. If roller is not, then make the strips of dough and place on top of cake. Grease the pie with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, consider your oven!
