Cooking

step-0
Thick spaghetti boil according to instructions. The thicker, the easier to work with them.
step-1
Drain in a colander, add a piece of butter. Beat egg, half to mix with pasta.
step-2
Put the spiral into the muffin cups. 3 noodle around on the tartlets. At the bottom of the gap too, cover with a piece of spaghetti. Pour the remaining egg. Bake at temp.180-190 gr 15-20 minutes, until browned.
step-3
Prepare three types of fillings. For white - 30 g grated cheese, finely chop the olives, mix.
step-4
Tomatoes cut into crosswise, dipped in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove the skins. Finely chopped sprinkle of oregano, a little salt. I took a whole tomato and lots, still, half is more than enough.
step-5
For the pesto - grind in a mortar or in a blender pine nuts, garlic, 30 g cheese, Basil leaves. Gradually add olive oil, salt, stir.
step-6
The tartlets cool. Simpatichnenko happened.
step-7
Each filling add 2 tsp of curd. So completely Italian was a good idea to use Ricotta cheese, but I confess it is not a frequent guest in my fridge. But the pack of cheese in the freezer is always there. Fill each tartlet with slide white stuffing with cheese and olives. At the edges green and put red.
step-8
Here's the Italian flag turns out! Amazingly delicious! Amaze your friends (Italians)!
