Cooking
Cook chicken breast in 1 liter of water. Remove the breast and put to boil carrots and onion together with the Bay leaf and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Vegetables to remove. Strain the broth, 2 times through cheesecloth. Season with salt to taste.

While the molds in the refrigerator, add the remaining gelatine to the broth and heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Drain. Mix with grated protein. Remove molds from refrigerator and fill with broth with gelatin. Put back in the refrigerator until fully cured.
The solidified hemisphere removed from the molds and joined to form a ball.
