Cooking

step-0
Brownie: Flour mixed with baking powder ("Dr. Oetker) and salt. Sugar and eggs whipped to a froth. Melt together chocolate and butter. Mix it all together. The dough is obtained as thick cream. Pour the mixture into the mold, the bottom of the form to lay baking paper, grease sides with oil. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes... to dry splinter. Cool. Form in diameter 20 cm.
step-1
While brownie cools, prepare the blueberry puree. I made from frozen berries. Berries pre-thawed. Cook the blueberries for 3 minutes, punching in a blender, RUB through a sieve. I got 170 g blueberry puree.
step-2
To put a brownie on a plate (substrate for cake, tortino), pin around the ring, the ring from the inside to pave the acetate tape. Brownie I put upside down (optional).
step-3
Cottage cheese mix with condensed milk and blueberry puree. 400 g cream whisk until the air mass with a thickening agent for cream "Dr. Oetker"
step-4
The remaining 100 g of cream to mix with rapidly dissolving gelatin "Dr. Oetker", heat to dissolve the gelatin - not above 60 degrees.
step-5
Mix ground blueberry, whipped cream and dissolved gelatin. Moussavou spread the mixture on the brownie and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
step-6
For non-ferrous material (sponge): beat the egg, sugar and glucose syrup. The syrup can be substituted for honey. Then add the flour and baking powder ("Dr. Oetker"), mix well. To add the dye the color you need... I added a little purple and blue. Pour the batter in heat-resistant glasses. Pour on 1/3 Cup, cover with wrap and place in the microwave for 1 minute - 850 watts, the time will depend on the power of the microwave. Cool, remove from cups. For the crumb sponge to dry, crumble, sift through a sieve and decorate. This sponge is used as a decoration.
step-7
Chocolate chips were made of milk chocolate with a vegetable peeler, chip rubbed at the side of the tile. The size of the chip will depend on the type of chocolate and its temperature.
step-8
To free the cake from the form, acetate ribbon and decorate as you like. I decorated the sides with colored chips and top with chocolate shavings.
