Garlic biscuits
Amazingly delicious cookie that is perfect as a snack, as well as first dishes, soups with greens, and if to hold a little longer in the oven will cool the garlic pretzels.

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Yeast

Butter to melt, (you can substitute margarine) leave to cool. In the warm milk, crumble the yeast, add the sugar and a teaspoon of flour. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes to rise. While peel the garlic.

Once the yeast has risen, add the soy sauce, melted butter, passed through the press garlic, salt, soda, slaked vinegar, and flour.

Knead the dough, it is made quietly with a spoon and may seem watery, but the flour no more to add. Cover with towel or foil and leave in a warm place for half an hour to rise.
