The recipe for those dumplings gave me my mom. And she gave the recipe my grandmother(mom's mother-in-law). Dumplings are simply delicious. The filling will suit any. Try it and see ; o)

Cooking
Mix yogurt,egg,salt,sugar,vanilla,pods. oil and flour.Knead the dough.It should not stick to your hands.Then on the table pour a little flour and teaspoon of baking soda,mix well.
Take our dough and begin to RUB the flour with the soda,as we usually knead the dough.If you just add soda to the dough,the dumplings will not rise.Then the dough is put in the fridge for 30 min.
Take the dough out of the fridge,Osipyan piece.The filling can be absolutely any.This time I did the bananas(yummy).Sprinkle with a little sugar and to close up our dumpling.This portion of the test turns out 20-25 pieces.
