I am preparing a veal when you want to impress guests and to hear a lot of compliments with regards to your kitchen power. You can also try this. Add the spices, pomegranate and soy sauces, stir. Pomegranate sauce is optional. We don't just buy it, but if suddenly you meet in the store - will certainly take it. It gives any meat a divine flavor! Instead of the pomegranate sauce, you can add either a splash of pomegranate juice or a little bit of a different sweet-sour sauce

Then the flour, again stir thoroughly so that each piece is covered with flour. Put meat to the side to soak up the sauce and spices and do other preparations.

With lemon very carefully remove the peel - only the yellow, not the bitter part! White streaks not, they will taste bitter and spoil everything. Peel, finely chop and add to the onions and carrots.

Well my young potatoes. The skin to maintain it better. For this dish it is best to take this small potatoes, as pictured and cut it in half. If not there - well, you can take and a large, pre-cut it into pieces.

All is ready - come to the main! Turn on the oven at 180 degrees - let it heat up. In a deep and well-heated on the stove and the pot (or a frying pan, saucepan...) heated olive oil and add a piece of butter. Fry over high heat for 2 minutes carrots and onions

Add the meat, a little salt to taste. Fry for another 2 minutes, constantly stirring.

And the finale: pour a little hot water or broth to the meat was completely covered. But do not overdo it with water, the meat should be only slightly covered! Add Bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Attention! The main surge of taste is cinnamon: the flavor is just unbeatable!!! Bring to a boil. Tightly close the lid and put into the oven. There keep meat at a temperature of 180 degrees for 2 hours (if beef, approximately 3 hours) Yes, wait a long time. Especially considering the fact that blowing up the appetite of the fragrances will be worn at home for 15 minutes. But it's worth it: no putting out on the stove, only the oven! Slow braising the meat and potatoes become well, just the food of the gods))
