Cupcakes with chocolate filling
I have to admit... these cupcakes I just conquered... They are very soft, airy, insanely delicious! And the toppings I added for her beloved husband, who loves all the chocolate...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Candy

    12 piece

To start, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the egg.

Add to the egg oil and buttermilk, and sugar. Mix well.

Add the sifted flour and soda. Mix thoroughly. The batter should be like thick cream. If you want, you can add cocoa.

In muffin tin put 1 tbsp of dough.

Next, spread 1 chocolate candy. You can use pieces of chocolate, but then a couple of pieces, placing them on top of each other.

I had these inside with condensed milk.

Next, pour in each compartment another 1.5 tablespoons of dough. Forms should be filled no more than 3/4 full. I got just 12 muffins.

Bake in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Then remove from oven, let cool slightly and remove from the mold.
