For the second filling, chicken fillet cut into strips. Fry lightly in vegetable oil. If You are afraid to use the breast, thinking that it will be dry, have no fear, this recipe will not be exact.
Add the chopped leeks. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
And add sour cream and 1.5 tablespoons. Mix well.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. And add sesame seeds.
And chopped parsley. Leave a little for decoration.
On pancakes put the stuffing. Turn pancakes into a tube, trying well to distribute the filling.
Put into the form, slightly greased with vegetable oil, alternating the filling.
I did two rows - 8 pancakes in a row, and 4 I put in a circle to close the gaps. Each series is lubricated with the remaining sour cream.
And sprinkle grated on a fine grater cheese.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until Golden brown (about 20 minutes).
