A cocktail of sea buckthorn brew
The recipe for this cocktail a few years ago shared with me one woman. As often happens, talking, sitting in the queue. To be honest, I even have a name don't know her but remember the good word every summer, when in the heat we drink this remarkable beverage.

Ingredients

  • Sea buckthorn

    70 g

  • Brew

    100 ml

  • Water, carbonated

    300 ml

Sea buckthorn mashed with a potato masher and RUB through a sieve. Cake I throw away and use for the compote. If the berries are frozen, they, of course, you need to defrost.

In the resulting sea-buckthorn juice pour kvass Ochakovo and stir. At this stage you can add honey for sweetness, I do not.
