Description
Three-layered coffee in a tall glass is a little holiday! It is certainly beautiful and delicious! Love to serve their guests a latte macchiato, I love seeing their enthusiastic faces and to hear "Barista&am p;quot; in his address (though, actually, this word has a very mediocre attitude). However, among the guests are those who will certainly drink any coffee with sugar, despite the abundance of sweets on the table and in spite of my admonitions... they take the spoon and stirred mercilessly all just created by me beauty... That I was very upset, and began to think how to fix it. The decision was not long to wait! This caramel latte macchiato! Air milk foam and a soft but full-bodied taste of freshly ground coffee enriched with the gentle sweetness of caramel syrup and embraced into the arms of... This coffee will make any day perfect!

Cooking
First, you cook the caramel syrup. To do this in a small container mix 1 part water and 2 parts sugar, i.e. the total number of regulated at Your discretion. I've been meaning to make more. So, the contents of the tank, stirring, should be brought to a boil and wait until the sugar is dissolved. After you can add a drop of vanilla essence and remove from heat. The finished syrup should drain, pour into a sealable container, for example, in a jar and store it using the syrup as needed.
Next, you make some espresso. I helped geyser coffee maker. Why geyser? - First, because it is very easy to pour coffee in a thin stream into the glass with milk foam, and secondly, the other not :)
As far as I know, there are three options for creating "layered" caramel latte macchiato: caramel by mixing the syrup with milk, with espresso and by adding syrup to the bottom of a tall glass, I placed already prepared milk foam and espresso is poured. Tried the first option, since it is less time consuming and technically fits me. Hot milk with 3-4 teaspoons of the syrup is whipped to a froth straight into the glass...
... and a thin stream poured espresso. It turns out that sweet milk foam on top, then a layer of espresso, followed by a layer of sweet milk. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon... mmm... Incorrigible sweet tooth, you need to offer a tube to make it easier to get to the sweet milk layer :)
