Smoothie fruit and vegetable
In addition to fruit smoothies, you can prepare any fruit or vegetable. It is such a useful and tasty recipe I want to share.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Cereals buckwheat

    1 Tbsp

  • Figs

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Melon

    0.25 piece

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

Smoothie I took buckwheat flakes of TM "Mistral".

A melon cut in half and remove seeds. For smoothies, we need 1/4 of the melon, scrape it from the rind and cut into small pieces.

Cut the figs (I have a fresh can and dried).

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Put in a blender all the ingredients: buckwheat flakes of TM "Mistral", sliced melon, figs, grated carrots, the almonds, add the milk and beat until smooth.
