Finely chop the onion.
Kohlrabi take medium size
Kohlrabi and potatoes peel and cut into cubes, strips.
In a large saucepan melt the butter and fry the onion until transparent. When the onion becomes transparent, add the potatoes and kohlrabi, lightly fry and pour 750 ml of broth or water.
