Sole of peach and tarragon
Sole is the French lemonade, in France it is called "Royal lemonade". The recipe for this lemonade has been known for over thousands of years. On one of the Royal receptions the Butler messed up the barrel of wine and juice. In order not to cause anger of the monarch, he mixed with natural sparkling water and juice. So was the lemonade, then began to add wine.
