Cooking
So, for cooking you will need: -flour-480 g margarine or butter-300 grams -eggs-6 pieces -cottage cheese-500 g sugar-600 grams -baking powder-1 sachet of vanillin-1 bag apples-4 pieces
Separate the whites from the yolks. Softened margarine, mix with 200 grams of sugar, add 3 egg yolks, beat well.
To the butter-egg mixture add the sifted flour, baking powder,1/2 sachet of vanillin.
Knead soft, elastic dough and send it to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Mix together the cottage cheese,200 grams of sugar,3 egg yolks,1/2 sachet of vanillin. Cheese be SURE to take dry!
Aloki peel and cut into half-moons.
Distribute the dough in shape, smooth.
On top of the Apple slices. Send in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
6 proteins vzbit with 200 grams of sugar until stiff peaks, spread on top of pie. Send in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
The top layer should be Golden, but still soft. Will not overdo in the oven!
The finished cake needs to stand for 8 hours, then formed on the surface very nice drops:)
The finished cake decorate according to Your taste.
I have it with the Apple slices, carambola and red currant berries.
