Honey nazuk with nuts and pear
Offer to cook a sweet version of delicious Armenian cookies.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    770 g

  • Yeast

    2.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    225 g

  • Butter

    395 g

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.7 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

In a bowl sift the flour, add dry instant yeast, mix.

Add the warm cream and butter at room temperature. Knead soft dough that does not stick to hands. Lay the dough aside.

In a separate bowl, prepare the filling – combine the flour, butter, room temperature, honey, sugar.

Mix the ingredients together.

Nuts was crushed a little, my bag, cleaned from skin and seeds, cut into small pieces.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Using flour for podpira, roll each piece of dough into a circle, the thickness of which is approximately 3-4 mm.

Honey mass is also divided into 4 parts, spread on the rolled out dough one part, spread over the surface of the circle, stepping back from the edge about 1 cm.

Spread over the surface 1/4 of nuts and 1/4 of the prepared pears.

Gently fold the dough with filling into a roll.

Roll slightly crushed by hand, cut into simple or notched knife to separate the cookies. In the same way prepare rest of the cookies.

A veiled pan with parchment paper, spread it on the cookies.
