There are many variations of cooking this salad, the ingredients are very different. But I love preparing this salad my aunt. First, her version of the salad lives up to its name - sausage among the vegetables :-) secondly, all the ingredients are very accessible. Thirdly, it turns out very tasty. Easy and satisfying at the same time.

Cooking
Shred cabbage, carrots and beets grate (better to use a grater for Korean carrot), sausage cut into long wedges. Put on a plate slides the segments (as in the photo), the middle left blank. In the middle pour the mayonnaise. And mayonnaise paste ribs chips.
On the table must be submitted in such form and already on the table stirred. First, so beautiful and unusual, and secondly, that the chips do not have time soak.
