Chicken Donbass
Offer to cook delicious burgers in Donbass from a mixture of beef and pork minced meat with the butter inside, which gives the juiciness and tenderness of chicken, and very crispy crust. This wonderful recipe was shared by a resident of Donetsk. Now in the family we have this favorite burgers.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1200 g

  • Bread crumbs

    180 g

  • Butter

    270 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

Prepare all the necessary ingredients: rolled twice in a meat grinder beef and pork mince, breadcrumbs, butter, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
