Cooking
Prepare all the necessary ingredients: rolled twice in a meat grinder beef and pork mince, breadcrumbs, butter, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Butter cut into cubes of approximately 15 grams and put in the fridge.
Thoroughly knead the minced meat with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Divide the stuffing into equal pieces 70-75 g.
