Cooking
Fry the minced meat in 2 tbsp preheated oil, stretching the lumps with a pestle for 10 minutes. Put into a bowl.
Onion peel, finely chop. In the same skillet, heat another 1 tbsp oil and fry the onion until Golden brown.
Put onions in to minced meat.
Cheese chop and add to the mince. I put 250 g of cheese, but I was salty, so the filling turned out too salty. You've got to watch and taste.
Add the chopped herbs and 2 eggs. Pepper. Salt is not necessary! Thoroughly mix the stuffing.
Grease the baking sheet with the remaining oil, covered with parchment paper for baking. Roll the dough into a long rectangular layer, spread on a baking sheet with one half of the strip. The second will be hung on the table.
Spread the filling in a rectangular thick layer, slightly to flatten it to keep in shape. The edges of the layer of dough to grease the beaten egg.
Cover with the stuffing hanging a half. The short edges are well pressed, and the long edges of the bottom layer slightly wrap on the top. Walk along the pinned edges with a fork. Put in the oven. Bake at 190*C for about 30 minutes. I have already 25 minutes later, very flushed and was ready.
