Description
Here come the weekend!.. Of course, these days we try to pamper your loved ones "tasty and sweet". This week I made an amazingly simple pie old Swiss from the Canton of There. It's called "Waadlaender Zuckerfladen". Suggested to try adults and children (society of figure skating, where does my daughter), and all the "guess& amp;quot; of what he cooked, but about the taste and the view was definitely caramel!

Cooking
I cooked this recipe for the first time, so everything is very meticulously display. To prepare salt water for the dough: allow to dissolve salt 6-7 tbsp water.
Detachable form for baking grease with butter and wrap the bottom with foil.
Working on a Board sift the flour and add the flakes of softened butter. Grind them into "crumb".
To build a mound of the grated dough and inside to make a funnel. Infuse it with salt water.
And quickly knead homogeneous dough (weight may be slightly sticky). I put a couple of tablespoons of flour.
Roll the dough and put into prepared baking dish, forming a small rim. Be sure to close the package and send it to chill at least 1 hour!
In an hour: prick the dough with a fork very often! Sprinkle 4 tbsp of the sifted flour.
Sprinkle 100g of brown sugar.
Sprinkle another 100g of brown sugar on top. Optional - cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200*C on the bottom shelf for about 40 min. the cake is Ready leave to cool in shape!!!, separating the edges of the dough, if needed.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve (on the recommendation of badlandz - with grapes!)
Sweet and snowy in winter, enjoy your tea!
