Marinated currants
They say the meat is a miracle... well, dare!

Ingredients

  • Red currants

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Cinnamon

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Currants to sort, wash, pour in clean jars

Cook the marinade - spices, except vinegar and sugar, boil 10 minutes

Add sugar

Strain the marinade

Add vinegar

Pour the marinade in jars, cover with lids, put in a saucepan, add water to the pan to shoulder of jars, sterilize them for 10-15 minutes after boiling.
