Caviar squash is tender in a slow cooker
Very tasty caviar has a light consistency, and melts in your mouth! Recipe given to Cup in 5 litres

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 kg

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Zucchini peel and core (if the zucchini is young and tender, to do), cut into small cubes and put in a greased bowl multivarki, Pat; the Rest of the vegetables cut into arbitrarily and to lay;

Bring vegetables to boil in the "pasta" - 5 minutes, the program shut down; To vegetables, add all remaining ingredients, except vinegar, stir and boil in the mode "stewing" - 50 min.

Upon completion of the program the vegetables blend with a food processor (or blender, or grinder); If ROE does not imply long-term storage, at this stage it is possible to decompose it into sterilized jars, close lids and put into the refrigerator; If the caviar - harvesting for the winter, then again to put it in a bowl multivarki, add vinegar, stir and bring to a boil the "pasta" - 5 minutes;

The eggs are put in a prepared sterile jars and sealed. You can (as I did) a bowl with the slow cooker cover and set aside, and in a slow cooker to sterilize the lids and jars, and then to lay there eggs and sealed;
