Vol-AU-vents with mushrooms
Air form puff pastry, mushroom stuffing...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare the puff pastry. In a bowl pour water, add salt and add flour. Knead the dough, roll into a ball and leave it to cook for 20-30 minutes.

Symbolically then divide the dough into four pieces crosswise.

Roll out the dough.

In the center put a billet of margarine. Margarine need to get out of the fridge so it was soft and add the 2 tsp of flour. To create margarine from the cake and put in center of rolled dough. Close edges of dough margarine and leave the dough for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and fold in four. Leave the dough for another 10 minutes. Then again roll out the dough and fold in four. Such actions should be repeated 3 times.

The dough is ready. Roll out to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut out circles, 18 pieces.

Put the circles on top of each other,in three layers.Between the lubricating water. In the top circle cut a hole, but not remove it. It turns out 6 of vol-AU-vents.

Put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes and bake until Golden brown.

Take out from the oven vol-AU-vents carefully with a knife remove the cap. Give the baskets to cool and spoon or knife, remove the dough from the inside. Then again put them in the oven to dry for 5 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Fry the onion in butter until Golden brown, then add finely chopped mushrooms.

When the mushrooms and onions are well roasted, add the mayonnaise.

Fill the vol-AU-vents filling. Put on top of the cut lid.
