Cheese donuts with thyme and oatmeal
Donuts like very many, and cheese doughnuts even tastier than usual. Crunchy on top, and inside this delicate cheese filling. As a snack, these doughnuts are simply irreplaceable!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    3 sprig

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    200 ml

Cooking

Grate cheese on a fine grater. This is the most difficult to prepare this dish.

Add the egg, flour, thyme leaves, rolled oats and knead the dough.

For this dish I took the oat flakes "Hercules traditional" TM Mistral.

Form balls.

And roll them in fine breadcrumbs

In a thick-walled saucepan, heat oil well, fry doughnuts in it.

Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil and serve.
