Chopped pieces of sponge cake spread with 4 sides in the sauce. The longer you keep the side in the sauce, the better it will be saturated. Give a little to drain off any excess sauce. Then dip all four sides in coconut. Put cake on a dish, brush the top with sauce and sprinkle with chips.
