Custard
After a tumultuous week of holidays I have left the yolks. I tried to lubricate them delicious cakes, add in the beef, but the yolks were becoming more and more! And then I made a surprisingly simple custard, which came in handy in various dishes for breakfasts and desserts: the crepes, on fruit, in cake. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user juli called "custard", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    35 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

Cooking

RUB the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and flour.

Milk to boil (heat it in the microwave).

Pour the hot milk into the yolk-sugar mixture, mix well.

Cook, stirring, until thick. (Can't go wrong!!!)

Can be used for rapid puffs: bake this puff pastry, brush with cream.

Can be used as a cream for fruit salad. I cut the diced pear, misted with lemon juice, added sliced grapes.

.. poured custard and sprinkled with chocolate shavings.

You can just grease the pancakes for Breakfast and wrap... - in ready egg waffles. You can - just... - with a spoon!
