Cooking
Dissolve the gelatin(I have instant) hot water. Blender razmerchik cookies, add the cream and 4 tbsp gelatin, stir and arrange on the bottom of the form.
Proteins separated from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the volume increases. Cherries remove the bones (frozen and thawed in the microwave) and puree them in a smoothie together with strawberries with a blender.

In the meantime, prepare another souffle. To do this, whisk whites with sugar and vanilla until stable peaks, and in the end add the remaining gelatin. This protein mass carefully spread on cherry-strawberry layer and again put in the refrigerator until fully cured.
Decorate with white chocolate and black cherries.
