Sounds incredible, isn't it? You used to think that cheesecake is a very complicated dish that requires a lot of skill? But in fact it can be prepared in 5 minutes, and you can see for yourself! Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    120 g

  • Cheese curd

    120 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

Mix the biscuit crumb with melted butter. Put on the bottom of cups or molds, tamp (convenient to do it by the glass).

On low speed, whisk cream cheese with sour cream. Just a few seconds, the mass has acquired a smooth consistency. Long whip is not necessary to form many air bubbles, which cheesecake then can crack.

Add sugar and egg, whisk again until smooth.

Then add orange juice and mix gently.

Pour into cups or molds.

Microwave on power 700 watts for about 2 minutes. When the center just begins to bubble, remove. If the higher power of your microwave, the time is slightly reduced. Watch cheesecake in the cooking process. The finished cheesecake in the middle, will be turbulent, but when cooled will solidify. Let cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours to cool.
