Salad with radish, egg and croutons
Radish is one of the earliest vegetables it spring-bright and juicy! Though we in the Petersburg weather is still winter, spring is possible to arrange on the plate, at the same time and eat vitamins, which lacked in the winter. Suggest you try a delicious, Sunny and a light salad.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Radishes

    10 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Quail egg

    5 piece

  • Baton

    2 slice

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

First boil the quail eggs. If you add to the water salt, then with cracked egg will not flow out. Cut boiled eggs into halves or quarters.

A couple of slices of white bread cut into cubes and dry in the oven (200C for 5-7 minutes). You can just fry in a pan or bake bread in the toaster.

Onion, radish and cucumbers cut into half rings.

To make the sauce. To do this in a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, olive oil, mustard and black pepper. Beat with a fork until smooth.

In a bowl, mix all the vegetables. The sauce can be added directly or fed separately.

To serve put on a plate a vegetables laid on top the quail eggs and croutons. For a more visual picture I didn't immediately add the sauce and served it separately. Bon appetit!
