step-0
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the egg yolks, sugar, yeast (if you use fresh, they need to be crushed with your fingers), soft butter, salt and milk. I have dry ordinary, not "quick" yeast.
step-1
Knead the dough that does not stick to hands. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for about 1 hour. The dough will not rise to pop out of the bowl, but will be very soft and pleasant.
step-2
Mix cottage cheese with cream (leave a little for greasing), and eggs. Dill finely chop and add to cheese, you can add a little salt to taste.
step-3
Approaching divide the dough into two parts. Each portion to make a circle or a rectangle. On one portion of the dough put the stuffing.
step-4
Put on top the second part of the test. From scraps of dough to make decorations. To flowers is well kept, I greased pie protein.
step-5
To the cake was the right shape I used a split ring, the diameter of it is 28 cm, but is not necessarily, and so the pie holds its shape well. Grease the pie with remaining cream with a fork to make frequent punctures, put on the delay for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the pie in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes.
step-6
To check the readiness of a test match and you can get.
step-7
The pie is delicious either warm or cold, the dough does not get stale for a long time. While writing that Hungarians fed him a quick shot of palinka, i.e. vodka, but I predlagau be limited to a glass of milk, it's delicious. Bon appetit!
