Cooking
For the dough In the bowl of a food processor put the flour, salt, sugar, butter pieces and mix. Add cold water and mix again. You can knead the dough manually. Flatten the dough into a ball, wrap it with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
For the filling: Slice the apples into small pieces. In a large skillet, melt the butter, add the apples cut into small pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Add sliced pear, icing sugar, lemon zest and juice. Simmer and stir for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture becomes soft and thick.
The stuffing cool a little.
Divide the dough in half. Roll out with a rolling pin circle. From the first half of dough cut out circles.
Lay second half of dough on the bottom of the form. The circles of dough put on the sides of the form. Spread the filling on the bottom, wrap the circles to the center.
Send the cake in a pre heated oven 180 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until cooked Golden brown. Ready pie to cool. Sprinkle finished cake with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!!!
