Food should be not only tasty, but also convenient. I want to offer all your favorite pizza in a convenient format. First, it closed and all the stuffing firmly remains inside during transport. And secondly, it is small portions, i.e. it is not necessary to cut. The filling can be absolutely any. Today I made two options: with shrimp and chicken. The dough is prepared according to your favorite recipe with semolina, it turns out soft inside and crispy on the edges.

Weigh the exact amount of flour and semolina (I use semolina, it is more finely ground). Sift on a work surface slide. In the centre we do deepening. Pour it warm water, olive oil, soy sauce and pour the yeast.

With a fork, begin to knead the dough, gathering the edges with a little flour. When the dough starts to become sticky, continue kneading with your hands already. The dough should be knead well and leave in a warm place for an hour to come.

While the dough is resting, prepare sauce and toppings. It is necessary for the sauce finely chopped garlic and parsley. In a skillet or frying pan heat the olive oil, put the garlic and allow it to warm up a little, literally half a minute. It is important that he is not burned, but only gave their flavor to the oil. Then put the greens (use the greens that will have you at hand). Warmed up for about 10 seconds.

It is now the turn of tomatoes, pour them into the pot straight from the juice, fry all together for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then reduce the fire, add salt and tormented for 10 minutes. You may need a little more time to make the sauce become thicker. The sauce is ready-punched in a blender, then warmed on the fire for a few minutes.

For chicken filling you need to prepare the marinade. For this mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mustard, 1 clove garlic, squeezed through a press, dry Italian herbs.

Shrimp must be cleaned from the shell, wash, make a shallow incision along the back and remove dark veins. Cut them into small cubes and marinate in a mixture of paprika, dried garlic, olive oil and soy sauce.

Slice zucchini, mozzarella and bacon. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry for 7 minutes until it will turn brown, slightly prisolit. Zucchini fry in the same pan. Then fry the chicken 10 minutes, until almost fully cooked.
