Egg soup - my dad's
This recipe I owe to my dad. Very quick and tasty, you can say, diet soup. My son really like it.

Ingredients

  • Water

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

Necessary ingredients for the soup

Pour water and put on fire to boil. Potatoes to peel and slice (as you cut into soup-sized pieces). As soon as the water boils, salt it, add the potatoes and reduce the heat.

While the potatoes are cooked (10 minutes) – whisk the eggs in a separate bowl (preferably in a glass mug), salt.

When the potato is cooked until soft, without ceasing to stir, thin stream pour in the beaten eggs, add the Bay leaf and butter. Leave on heat for another 5-10 minutes (don't forget to remove the Bay leaf at the end of cooking)
