Soft cookie
Delicate, moderately sweet, soft cookie. Very easy to prepare. As it turned out, enforceable not only in the oven but in a pan. The recipe I use for nearly twenty years, was found on a package of baking powder (the name in the original : Delizie alle mele).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    130 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix flour and 80 g of sugar. Add to the mix an egg, sliced softened butter (or margarine), yogurt, salt and sifted baking powder.

Knead homogeneous dough.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll out into a thin layer the most part, lay in a greased form. Original - rectangle 27 x 40 cm

In my today's performance is a great pan, so cut a circle out of baking paper (slightly larger diameter), it was rolled out dough.

We shift the dough together with the paper in the pan. Do the bumpers.

Apples peeled, cut into thin plates. Put into the form. I half of apples sliced, and half rubbed on a coarse grater. Sprinkle apples with remaining sugar.

Roll out second portion of dough, cover the pie and carefully semiplan bumpers. For owners of oven: bake for 30 minutes (focus on your oven) at a temperature of 180 degrees. On "Skovorody" option time it will take a little more. Read more: cake cover with baking paper and lid.

Cook on low heat, until Golden brown, then turn over (I just put a second pan on top and flipped, along with the paper). Cover with a lid, cook similarly to the first party.

In my case, electric stove into 6 slices. Prepared for division of 2.5 -3 minutes at 25 to the side (focus on your oven.) The finished cake let cool, release from the baking paper and cut into slices.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
