Pancakes
Sometimes you want a tat, right now, immediately... and stuffing left - enough to swear. What to do? To prepare here are "boleslawski", fast and very tasty. Aroma is quite beschasny, and do tender pancakes, fluffy weightless, with crispy crispy edges - beautiful!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cooking

Sift flour and mix with yeast "SAF-moment". Pour warm water, add sugar and salt and stir well the batter.

Add the beef and black pepper directly from the grinder. Mix well.

To drive in the dough eggs, and stir well.

Finely chop the onion. To chop green onions. Add to the dough along with oil and knead well.

Give the dough under a cloth. Bake on greased griddle over medium heat. Podrumyaniv and turn them over, cover the pan with a lid and bake under it until cooked.
