Pita triangles with cheese filling
Turns out very tasty pita with a crispy crust and creamy cheese. Can replace dinner if served with salad. And the Breakfast is very good, you can still take with you to work, the kids to wrap in school, on a picnic not too bad! Prepared quickly, and eaten even faster. Source LJ, i_lara.

  • Dill

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Pita cut into quarters (you can just half and half)

To prepare the filling. Mix all cheeses, cottage cheese, chopped greens, season with salt and pepper.

Whisk two eggs with salt, pita bread dipped in egg, and fry in a pan with a small amount of heated vegetable oil.

And if someone seem so very bold or kalloriyno, it can be a pita to grease top with melted butter, and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes
