Cooking
The chickpeas to soak in cold water, put into the refrigerator for 8 hours. During this time it is completely swell.
Soaked chickpeas, boil for 15-20 minutes.
Cooked chickpeas drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Cook the glaze. To do this, pour in water, soy sauce, add sugar and spices. Cook on high heat until half the liquid evaporates and the sauce becomes more viscous.
To redeem the chickpeas in a sauce-glaze.
Use a slotted spoon to spread chickpeas on a baking sheet, the laid paper for baking.
Sprinkle sea salt to taste and send to the oven to dry. During drying it is necessary to check the chickpeas and stir occasionally. My chickpeas were ready for about an hour.
