Description
Resembles the taste of oxygen cocktail, which was in the children's sanatoriums before!
Ingredients

Egg white
1 piece

Brew
150 ml

Syrup fruit
2 Tbsp

To prepare the cocktail you will need only three ingredients - egg, syrup and kvass "Ochakovsky"
Separate the white from the yolk. A yolk we don't need. Protein place it into the beaker with a volume of 600 ml from the mixer, pour syrup over here and start whisking. I used lingonberry syrup from the jam
Once the foam whipped up to half a glass, pour half the brew and continue whisking
After a couple of minutes add the second half of the brew and again whisk properly. Cocktail increases in objec 4-5 times, so take the dishes more
To consume it immediately, is not yet settled foam!!
